Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot accept the return. 

Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items or items using discount codes can be returned for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item online. Once your return is received processing time can take 3-4 business days*

*please allow extra processing time during high volume periods

(Shoes must not be returned with worn soles – be cautious when trying on to prevent denting leather soles) if soles are returned marked and not in re-sellable condition you will be contacted by customer service.

  

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, however you may return your sale purchase for a credit for our online store in the form of a coupon code. Please follow the steps listed above to return your purchase. 

 

Faulty Items

We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault, along with your proof of purchase to hellosaintmarlo@gmail.com for further review. 

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Saint Marlo take no responsibility in tracking your return.
